Expansive Market & Immense Potential
The swift advancements in science mean ceramics aren’t limited to conventional items like vases anymore but have expanded into vast technical markets. Their unique characteristics, such as resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and wear, make them indispensable in construction, energy, aviation, machinery, and vehicles.
Mordor Intelligence’s data reveals an upward trend for the European ceramics coating market between 2023-2028, with an expected CAGR surpassing 7%. Germany is anticipated to be at the helm of this growth. Also, burgeoning sectors like aerospace and medical equipment are increasing their demand for ceramics.
Dating back to its inception in 1979, Ceramitec, with its rich legacy of over 40 years, has been a critical platform for exhibitors and visitors alike to uncover the latent business opportunities globally in the ceramics domain. The 2022 edition of Ceramitec exemplified its global appeal, boasting an international exhibitor ratio of 63% and a foreign audience percentage of 58%.
